My approach

At Soothing Solutions, my approach is rooted in genuine care and a deep understanding of your body's unique needs. I'm passionate about finding the source of your pain and helping you achieve lasting relief and relaxation.

I listen and watch the body as I work, intuitively feeling what it needs. I use various tools and techniques, including specific strokes and pressure points, to alleviate pain and enhance relaxation.  I may use Graston or cupping for deep issues. I am attentive to what the body needs. I ask questions of how my clients best take of themselves. The more information that is given, creates a better understanding of how I can help.

Techniques and philosophy

I am passionate about helping anyone experiencing pain, whether it's headaches, back pain, or the stresses of desk jobs and pregnancy. People who are on their feet all day or those who take care of their kids at home. I cater to individuals who find it hard to relax, offering a pathway to tranquility and well-being.

Every appointment will be different because your body may need something different. We store emotions and old/new trauma in our muscles. I vary in pressure and techniques based on what the body is needing. I believe the body communicates and it is my job to listen.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I expect during a massage therapy session?

During a massage therapy session, you can expect a personalized treatment tailored to your specific needs. We will discuss your goals and preferences before beginning the session. You are professionally draped throughout the whole time. You are welcome to let me know if pressure or technique ever needs to be adjusted. My goal is to make sure you are comfortable throughout your session.

How often should I schedule massage therapy sessions?

The frequency of massage therapy sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. I will work with you to create a customized treatment plan that aligns with your wellness objectives. Majority of people schedule at least every three to four weeks for regular body maintenance.

Does Graston Technique or cupping hurt?

Graston Technique pain level depends on the client. Some will more sensitive based on the severity of the issue that is being worked on. Some may be bruised afterwards. I use a range of pressure based on what I feel the body needs. I always have open communication to make sure that you are feeling okay. It may be uncomfortable at times but the results are very much worth it.

Cupping also varies on how much it could hurt. I do slide and stationary cupping.

Please consult with your doctor if you feel you are unsure about using Graston or cupping.

What is included in the price?

In my services, I want everything to be included. I don't believe Swedish and deep tissue should be a price difference. They are both theraputic and offer the help that you should need that day. In the future, I may offer add ons with CBD.
